Elene is a professionally trained executive coach and executive mentor.  Her coaching develops leaders who grow agile, purpose-driven organizations.  Elene’s clients create measurable improvements in business performance by changing how they get results, lead teams and drive change.  Elene’s clients appreciate that she has been where they are.  Before founding Enerpace, she had a successful corporate career, attaining executive positions in both the banking and telecommunications industries.  Elene’s coaching enables leaders to achieve their objectives in the areas most critical to their success: leadership agility, emotional intelligence, executive presence, professional communication and organizational effectiveness.  She holds an MBA from Chicago Booth and has earned the Master Certified Coach designation from the International Coach Federation.

Diana is a leadership development coach who is passionate about partnering with her clients to lead with agility & courage, while challenging them to explore and create what they want in their lives. Her areas of expertise include leadership agility, emotional intelligence, communication, decision-making, motivating and building relationships, time management, work-life balance and much more. Diana is an MBA, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst and a PCC through the International Coach Federation.

Victoria specializes in working with small businesses. After a successful 15-year career in Information Technology, Victoria brings her expertise in communications, organizational development and corporate cultural change to help clients see the big picture and grow as leaders. She partners with her clients to create focus and accountability, and define strategies that lead to goal achievement and greater life balance. A graduate of CTI, Victoria has earned her ACC certification from the International Coach Federation.

Dr. Goodwin has over 25 years of executive leadership experience directing innovation, culture change and organizational & leadership development. Her professional experience ranges from a Vice President of Accounting to a President of a University. She is  adept in strategic planning, implementation and known for her ability to drive excellence in execution.  Candace has a strong focus on human resources and organizational development resulting in her commitment to leadership and employee advancement.  Her educational background includes a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, a Masters of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and a Bachelors of Art in Finance.  She is also a Genos Certified Practitioner of Emotional Intelligence, a Catalytic Coach, and a Rapid Change Facilitator.

Tom serves as a business coach and mentor to CEO’s, Business Partners, Vice Presidents, General Managers and other business leaders. Tom’s clients aspire to make a difference in the results and directions of their companies and in their lives. Tom has more than 30 years’ experience leading business teams, developing new businesses and creating international sales in challenging markets. He is a CTI graduate and a visionary leader with a keen sensitivity to leadership agility, emotional intelligence, interpersonal relationships and motivations in private businesses. He helps business leaders grow to create a more agile organization.

His diverse professional background, from working at a pre-revenue startup to a multi-billion-dollar financial institution, informs his unique approach to workplace innovation and efficacy.

Also as Founder and CEO of Kinetic Development, Kelby partners with local and global organizations to increase their leadership effectiveness so they can enhance business results.  As an Executive Leadership Coach, Kelby helps ambitious professionals refine their mindset and skillset so they can unleash their full potential.  Kelby holds a M.S. in Global Business Leadership and is a Professional Certified Coach(PCC) through the International Coach Federation.

Ari works with leaders at all levels to realize their professional excellence, business growth, and personal fulfillment. Ari’s work is driven by the belief that people reach their potential when they assume leadership roles in every area of their lives. She helps her clients become more agile as they identify and build on their innate leadership strengths along their journeys to personal and professional success. Ari is PCC credentialed by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a Certified Professional Coactive Coach. She has also completed training in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching at the Center for Right Relationship (CRR).

Karen has coached for over 15 years as a confidential sounding board, a thought partner, and Karen-Cropa collaborator for greater success.  Karen’s specialty is Developmental and Career Coaching with a focus on Strategic Coaching – practical and performance- based, and Ontological Coaching – concentrating on the development of Emotional Intelligence, Political and Leadership skills.

Karen is a certified Ontological Coach through Newfield Network’s Coaching for Professional and Personal Mastery (CPPM) and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with International Coach Federation.  She has an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and an undergraduate degree from Northwestern University.

Nancy coaches leaders and NancyTylimorganizations to create more fulfilling and productive work environments.  She supports individuals to “step it up” from their current level, while remaining engaged and productive.  Nancy’s clients receive powerful tools that shift their perspective, empowering them to create transformative change,  She leverages the individual leader’s strengths to support their strategic thinking, and decision making.  Nancy’s areas of expertise include strength-based development, illuminating blind spots, career management, leadership effectiveness and presence, 360 feedback, team building and leadership development.  Nancy holds a Psychology Doctorate (Psy.D.) and has earned the Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation through the International Coaching Federation.


Jackie is the voice of Enerpace Executive Coaching.  Jackie works as the Administrative Assistant and Project Manager with focus on social media.  Before Enerpace, Jackie worked as a Research Consultant for Society Bank, as an Assistant Site Coordinator and Teacher for Search Developmental Center and later took time to raise her kids.  She has an undergraduate degree in Marketing from Miami University.
