Prior to founding Enerpace in 2002, Elene spent 14 years in the corporate world, holding positions at the Director level and above. She holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Chicago Booth, is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and Coaching and Leadership International (CLI), and is certified by the International Coach Federation as a Master Certified Coach (MCC).

Victoria Cook is a professionally trained Executive and Personal Coach. Victoria helps her clients climb their unique ladders of success while FIRST ensuring they’re leaning against the right wall. Ms. Cook had a successful 15-year career in Information Technology before making a conscious decision to move away from computers and towards people. By shifting her focus to Communications, Organizational Development and Corporate Cultural Change, Victoria utilized her understanding of the big picture to grow leadership abilities in several business divisions. She also helped make mission and vision statements a reality, creating positive changes in corporate culture throughout the business.
Desiring to have this same impact on a personal level, Victoria pursued professional training as a coach and graduated from CTI (The Coaches Training Institute). CTI is one of the only programs accredited by the International Coach Federation, the governing body of the coaching profession. Thomas A. Horne
Thomas A. Horne is an Executive Coach and mentor to CEO’s, Business Partners, Vice Presidents, General Managers, and other leaders in privately owned, middle market, businesses. He coaches and advises leaders who aspire to make a significant impact on the results and direction of their companies, with those they lead, and those with whom they come in contact in business and life. In 2001, Tom became a graduate Business Coach and now works as a valued business advisor, coach, and change agent with CEOs and executives of privately owned and family-owned businesses. Carl Nielson is founder and Managing Principal of the Nielson Group, formed in1998, and Success Discoveries, founded in 2003.The Nielson Group specializes in maximizing human capital by identifying talents, leveraging strengths, helping managers engage their employees and equipping teams to be more effective. Carl has been recognized as an expert in predictive selection assessments, team development and high potential and executive coaching. Prior to starting his own company, Nielson worked for 18+years in human resource management in oil and gas exploration and production, fun foods manufacturing, and professional services. His corporate responsibilities included managing organizational reengineering, developing and managing hiring strategies, designing compensation and performance management programs, supporting employee relations, ensuring effective leadership development and designing and implementing HR technology solutions. Melissa is a certified life and executive coach through the Coaches Training Institute and the International Coaching Federation. She has been in private practice since 2004 when she founded Ripple Effects Coaching. Melissa’s areas of specialty include leadership development, personal growth, relationships and divorce. Her ideal clients are those desiring growth and willing to be open, introspective and honest. Melissa’s coaching helps clients gain new insights and perspectives, more positive results and achievement of their dreams.
Melissa has a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and a Master’s Degree in Counseling. She is also a professional corporate facilitator with over 20 years’ experience conducting leadership workshops for Fortune 100 companies. Melissa uses her expertise to train leaders on how to empower others through coaching and effective leadership practices. She is currently a facilitator and executive coach at HSBC Bank. Melissa devotes her personal time as volunteer for the American Cancer Society, acting as a resource to women with breast cancer. She has run grief and divorce groups in her community, and is a volunteer facilitator for Woman to Woman International. Melissa works with the Midwest branch, “Woman Within,” to conduct weekends dedicated to the personal transformation of women.
Dr. Goodwin has over 25 years of executive leadership experience directing innovation, culture change and organizational & leadership development. Her professional experience ranges from a Vice President of Accounting to a President of a University. She is results driven and adept in strategic planning and implementation; one of her strongest leadership competencies is the ability to drive excellence in execution. Additionally, she has a strong focus on human resources and organizational development resulting in her commitment to leadership and employee advancement.
Her educational background includes a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, a Masters of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and a Bachelors of Art in Finance. She is also a Genos Certified Practitioner of Emotional Intelligence, a Catalytic Coach, and a Rapid Change Facilitator.
Dr. Candace Goodwin is currently CEO/President of Organizational Leadership Partners, LLC. Organizational Leadership Partners specializes in employee engagement, culture change, organizational development, emotional intelligence and leadership development for executives and high potential employees. The outcome of her organizational services results in exceptional business growth and helping employees thrive. Dr. Goodwin also partners as a consultant with both Energage, LLC and Enerpace, Inc.
Goodwin has also founded, and is the Executive Director of the non-profit organization, My Charlie’s Heart Foundation. My Charlie’s Heart Foundation is a 501c3 established to serve the disenfranchised in the Chicagoland area. The focus is to supply basic hygiene products to individuals that are homeless or find themselves in need of these basic essential products.
