Executive  Coach, Keynote/ Workshop Seminar Speaker

Elene Cafasso is an Executive Coach, and President of Enerpace, Inc.  Enerpace creates agile leaders that people want to work with, and work for.

Elene helps over-stressed and over-busy leaders achieve more agility in their professional and personal lives – all while growing themselves, their team and their bottom line. Elene’s coaching enables leaders to achieve their objectives in the areas most critical to their success: leadership agility, team building, professional communication and organizational effectiveness.

Prior to founding Enerpace in 2002, Elene spent 14 years in the corporate world, holding positions at the Director level and above.  She holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Chicago Booth, is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and Coaching and Leadership International (CLI), and is certified by the International Coach Federation.

Diana Atkins
Diana is a leadership development coach whose clients include business owners, senior leaders and emerging leaders in a variety of disciplines and across a broad range of industries.  It is said that “Great Leadership requires Great Courage.”  Diana is passionate about coaching her clients to lead courageously and authentically.  She partners with clients to explore what is so and what is possible –  and from there, create what they want in their lives.  With humor and insight, Diana calls her client’s forth to awareness, responsibility and full engagement in leading a powerful and impactful life.  The breadth of Diana’s 21 years of corporate business leadership experience allows her to quickly grasp key issues in the client’s environment and facilitate their growth and development as powerful leaders.   Her coaching areas of expertise include Communication; Decision Making; Motivating and Building    Relationships; Tactical Problem Solving; Time Management; Delegation; Career Management; and Work/Life Balance.  Diana’s coaching enables her clients to develop new ways of Being and Doing; as well as, cultivating the skills and habits of self-reflection and awareness that ensure learning and growth will continue.   Diana has an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Business.  She received her coach training from Coach U, Coachville and the Coaches Training Institute.  She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst and an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation.

Victoria Cook
Victoria Cook is a professionally trained Executive and Personal Coach.  Victoria helps her clients climb their unique ladders of success while FIRST ensuring they’re leaning against the right wall.   Ms. Cook had a successful 15-year career in Information Technology before making a conscious decision to move away from computers and towards people.  By shifting her focus to Communications, Organizational Development and Corporate Cultural Change, Victoria utilized her understanding of the big picture to grow leadership abilities in several business divisions.  She also helped make mission and vision statements a reality, creating positive changes in corporate culture throughout the business.

Desiring to have this same impact on a personal level, Victoria pursued professional training as a coach and graduated from CTI (The Coaches Training Institute).  CTI is one of the only programs accredited by the International Coach Federation, the governing body of the coaching profession.  She is an ACC certified member of the International Coach Federation, and a member of the International Association of Coaches and the Chicago Coaching Alliance.

As a coach, Victoria partners with her clients to create focus, accountability, and strategies for accomplishing sustained success.    Her results-oriented approach and broad time management and organizational skills help her clients obtain greater balance and fulfillment in their lives. In addition to coaching, Ms. Cook is also an energetic and infectious speaker, offering presentations and workshops on topics such as strategies for successful career transitions, reversing stress and burnout and enhancing work-life balance.

Thomas A. Horne
Thomas A. Horne is an Executive Coach and mentor to CEO’s, Business Partners, Vice Presidents, General Managers, and other leaders in privately owned, middle market, businesses. He coaches and advises leaders who aspire to make a significant impact on the results and direction of their companies, with those they lead, and those with whom they come in contact in business and life. He focuses on these five key areas of concern to these business Leaders: 1.) Growth, viability, and the bottom line; 2.) Creating an environment of trust and fun among team members; 3.) Making significant organizational impact; 4.) Legacy issues; 5.) Assuring integrity in Leadership.

Tom has more than 30 years’ experience leading business teams, developing new businesses, and creating international sales in hard-to-enter markets. He served as the president, CEO and Chairman of Guernsey Bel, his family’s business and a world-renowned ice cream ingredients manufacturer in Chicago. He has worked with the top and mid-level leadership teams of most of the world’s largest ice cream producers in new product and market development endeavors. He built Guernsey Bel’s revenues up from $700,000 to over $30 MILLION prior to selling the company in 1999. He then managed various consulting assignments in privately owned businesses and, as a partner, developed a new soy foods ingredient and soymilk business named Signature Ingredients.

In 2001, Tom became a graduate Business Coach and now works as a valued business advisor, coach, and change agent with CEOs and executives of privately owned and family-owned businesses. He is a visionary leader, has a keen sensitivity of interpersonal relationships and motivations in private businesses, and understands firsthand the fears of personal growth and change. He lives through and according to his values in the practice of CEO and Executive Coaching.

Tom is an accountant, has been active in the Young President’s Organization, the World President’s Organization, is a member of various Chambers of Commerce in the Chicago area, is a member and former Board member of the Chicago Coaching Federation, participates as a Board Member of Park Castle Condo Association, is a longtime member of St. Mary’s Church Choir (bass), and is the Chair of the Faith Awareness Ministry at St. Mary’s Church of Evanston, IL.  Professional Affiliation:   Founding Member, Business Performance Council of Chicago.

Ariadne Moisiades
For more than a decade, Ariadne Moisiades has worked with leaders at all levels to realize their professional excellence, business growth, and personal fulfillment.  Ari’s work is driven by the belief that people reach their potential when they assume leadership roles in every area of their lives. She supports her clients as they identify and build on their innate leadership strengths along their journeys to personal and professional success. Ari is credentialed by the International Coach Federation(ICF) and the Coaches Training Institute(CTI).  She has also completed training in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching at the Center for Right Relationship(CRR).  In addition to her work as a coach, Ari holds advanced degrees in education and music and has been inspiring both individuals and groups to their peak performances for twenty-five years as a musician, educator, speaker, and clinician.

Carl Nielson
Carl Nielson is founder and Managing Principal of the Nielson Group, formed in1998, and Success Discoveries, founded in 2003.The Nielson Group specializes in maximizing human capital by identifying talents, leveraging strengths, helping managers engage their employees and equipping teams to be more effective. Carl has been recognized as an expert in predictive selection assessments, team development and high potential and executive coaching.  Success Discoveries was created to provide individuals with personal effectiveness programs and services from a consortium of independent coaches. Prior to starting his own company, Nielson worked for 18+years in human resource management in oil and gas exploration and production, fun foods manufacturing, and professional services. His corporate responsibilities included managing organizational reengineering, developing and managing hiring strategies, designing compensation and performance management programs, supporting employee relations, ensuring effective leadership development and designing and implementing HR technology solutions. These experiences gave him a solid foundation for designing pro-active, strategic solutions that result in higher performance and lower costs for his clients. Carl works with companies in all areas of employee development, leadership and management development, hiring-for-fit, career coaching and team effectiveness. He holds a BS degree in Organization and Industrial Psychology and is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst, Certified Professional Values Analyst and TriMetrix® certified. He is also a certified facilitator of The Coaching Clinic™.

Melissa Stevens
Melissa is a certified life and executive coach through the Coaches Training Institute and the International Coaching Federation.  She has been in private practice since 2004 when she founded Ripple Effects Coaching.  Melissa’s areas of specialty include leadership development, personal growth, relationships and divorce.  Her ideal clients are those desiring growth and willing to be open, introspective and honest.  Melissa’s coaching helps clients gain new insights and perspectives, more positive results and achievement of their dreams.

Melissa has a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and a Master’s Degree in Counseling.  She is also a professional corporate facilitator with over 20 years’ experience conducting leadership workshops for Fortune 100 companies.  Melissa uses her expertise to train leaders on how to empower others through coaching and effective leadership practices.  She is currently a facilitator and executive coach at HSBC Bank.   Melissa devotes her personal time as volunteer for the American Cancer Society, acting as a resource to women with breast cancer.  She has run grief and divorce groups in her community, and is a volunteer facilitator for Woman to Woman International.  Melissa works with the Midwest branch, “Woman Within,” to conduct weekends dedicated to the personal transformation of women.
